This maximum security correctional facility provides outpatient primary care services exclusively to adult male patients in a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections‑based healthcare delivery to ensure continuity of care. Clinicians are expected to deliver professional and accurate care within the framework of correctional healthcare.

The facility is located in Eddyville, Kentucky, which offers outdoor recreational activities such as boating, fishing on Lake Barkley, hiking, and golfing, as well as local attractions like the Venture River Family Water Park, antique shops, and history museums.

The clinician will provide outpatient primary care services to adult male patients in a maximum‑security correctional facility during day‑shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services within the corrections environment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Clinicians are expected to manage approximately 15–25 patients per day. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
