Hourly Pay Range

$40.45 – $62.70 per hour, based on expertise and experience.

6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
or 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday (5‑day or 4‑day shift)

• Accountable for perioperative nursing care in designated surgical specialties.
• Coordinate department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing.
• Secure, procure, and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary for optimal surgical care.
• Coordinate perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate with all key stakeholders in the perioperative areas.

• Education:
  
  BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program, to be completed within 24 months of hire, from an accredited nursing program.
• Certification/License:
  Illinois RN License, CPR/BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• Experience:
  
  Experience in operating room setting.
• Skills:
  
  Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Competency:
  
  Demonstrated competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty.
• Unit/specialty specific competencies required.
