Position

Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) is seeking a skilled and caring CMA, LPN, or RN to join our team and help deliver exceptional patient‑centered care. The CMA/LPN/RN plays a key role in supporting providers and patients across all aspects of primary care. This role involves patient assessment, assisting in clinical tests and procedures, and ensuring that care is delivered efficiently and compassionately.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Consult with and keep supervisor informed of clinical activities, needs, and problems related to patient care
  • Complies with established patient care standards
  • Maintains established clinical policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control
  • Maintains a clean, orderly and safe environment
  • Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee interdepartmental and public relations
  • Greets patients and escorts them to the exam room
  • Records vital and patient medical information in chart
  • Prepares patient room for exam
  • Assists provider in procedures as necessary
  • Completes ordered lab procedures
  • Administers IM, Sub Q injections including immunizations
  • Provides wound care and suture removal as directed by provider
  • Communicates results of all procedures and tests to provider
  • Discharges patient to receptionist
  • Cleans and disinfects exam rooms after use
  • Restocks supplies, linens, equipment and checks for defects and outdated items
  • Maintains professional growth and development through seminars and educational sessions as required
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • CPR certification
  • Experience preferred
  • Licensure/Certification in good standing
  • Maintains required continuing education courses
Schedule Requirements

Full‑time position, 4–5 days per week, 100% clinic‑based, in‑person work required. Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience. Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
