Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time at Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid out over 26 payments).
