We are hiring experienced RNs with recent Medicare‑certified visits experience for home health contracts in Albany, Kentucky and surrounding areas. • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Kentucky RN License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

• Pay: $1,600 - $1,758 per week for a 13‑week contract (estimate includes tax‑free reimbursements)
• Paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation: 30 units of productivity
• Previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits required
