Nurse Practitioner In-home Visits

Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner Contractor. Conduct in‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being, identifying potential barriers to care.
• Provide a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in the member’s home.
• Use pre‑populated, patient‑specific forms for each evaluation.
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter the member’s current treatment regimen.

• Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment).
• Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier for Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
• Additional compensation via pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits.
• Availability incentives based on weekly availability.

• Shifts available Monday – Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Short‑term or long‑term basis.
• Pre‑scheduled in‑home visits with health plan members.
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility).

• Independent Contractor (1099) status.
• Malpractice coverage.
• Flexible schedule.
• State license required.
