Position: Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Outpatient)
Location: Greenup

Job Title

Salary Range: $65,000 – $73,125

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Certification (ANCC) preferred, but not required.
Required Experience
  • Psychiatric nursing experience required.

    • BSN: Minimum 1 year psychiatric experience

    • ADN: Minimum 3 years psychiatric experience

  • Previous experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency using computers and electronic devices necessary for documentation and care delivery.

Certification / License Requirements
  • Current RN licensure (in good standing).

  • ANCC Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification preferred, but not mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services to assigned consumers in accordance with Pathways policies and procedures.

  • Support consumers receiving medications by collaborating with and assisting prescribers.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, following established care plans.

  • Serve individuals across the lifespan—children, youth, adults, and elderly—with physical and mental health needs.

  • Perform all other duties as outlined in the current official job description.
