Rotating shifts | 7 AM- 7:30 PM and 7 PM - 7:30 AM Flexible Schedule

Weekend and Holiday requirements per the guideline of the department.

Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, a part of Christiana Care Health System, is seeking an RN to work in the Float Pool team. In this position, you will work in various units and learn valuable skills.

• Work in the Float Pool across various units to support patient care needs.
• Provide high-quality nursing care, assessment, and interventions per unit requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Experience or interest in a float pool or multi-unit assignment preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and patient-centered care
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required

$54.00 hourly

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
