Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

The role involves delivering exceptional nursing services, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.

• Providing patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Maintaining accurate documentation and assessments
• Supervising daily activities of nursing staff
• Adhering to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Active LPN license in the appropriate state
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
• Excellent assessment and documentation abilities
