Location: Carlisle
Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Carlisle (KY) is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health. You will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating the total plan of care with physicians and other health-care professionals.
You will ensure continuity of patient care, maintain compliance with policies, and participate in care coordination to achieve positive patient outcomes. A valid RN license and driving eligibility are required.
