We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
- Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A genuine passion for resident care
- Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
- You are compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented
- You take pride in providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care
- You are eager to grow professionally in a supportive environment
