Youll provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment where your expertise is valued.
Is this job a match or a miss?RN Supervisor for an overnight leadership role in a correctional healthcare setting. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with state and facility regulations. Responsibilities include triage, medication administration oversight, chronic care management, and accurate documentation. You will collaborate with medical and mental health teams, support safety and infection-control standards, and mentor staff. Qualifications- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
