Participate in community events and outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk or treating, and fun runs.

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient care as determined.
• Lead clinic staff and model behaviors that ensure excellent patient care; provide guidance to X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists.
• Perform the duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to uphold company values and improve patient care.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner, forward charts appropriately on a daily basis, and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
• Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver patient‑centric care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostics, therapeutic recommendations, and cost‑effective, reliable information.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment for both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
• Prioritize and manage a queue of telehealth patients to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications responsibly; and educate patients on treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
• Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
• Complete all mandatory compliance training and uphold company standards of operation.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees by providing introductions, clinic tours, and training support.
• Support new employees’ learning activities, job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and demonstrate knowledge of Telehealth practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Full‑time employees must work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
• Ancillary providers are responsible for on‑call periods throughout the year.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, family medical practice).
• Active license and DEA; DEA required for all providers; DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet any credentialing requirements.
