As a Night Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents while ensuring a smooth transition of shifts.
About the RN Registered Nurse Night Supervisor Role:
As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the evening hours. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. You will also be responsible for addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the night shift.
RN Registered Nurse Night Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses and CNAs during the evening hours
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction
- Monitor and report any concerns or issues that may arise during the night shift
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and progress notes
RN Registered Nurse Night Supervisor Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in long term care preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
