Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an LPN to provide direct routine care to residents under nursing leadership. You will participate in the tenant Plan of Care, implement delegated interventions, and collect health data, reporting changes to the RN as needed.
You will supervise unlicensed staff, clarify expectations, and help ensure residents achieve the highest practicable well-being. A Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification are required.
