Compassion in Action
As a CNA, you are the heart of our clinical team. You will provide essential care while building meaningful, empathetic relationships with our residents.
- Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.
- Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff.
- Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare.
- Flexible Schedules: Full-time
- Shifts: Day
- Hours: Average of 30 hours per week.
- Setting: A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.
- Extra Earning Potential: Pick up shifts available and overtime pay.
- Certification: Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
- Experience: New graduates welcome.
- Skills: CPR Certification is a plus.
