As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Evercare of Granite City, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Our compassionate and dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and attention to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Supporting residents with daily routines and activities

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progression
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
