We are looking for a dedicated clinician to join our 0.75 FTE team, providing vital acute and episodic care coverage at our Berlin, WI location. ** Must be comfortable and competent seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults.

8:00am – 6:00pm  + Weekend & Holiday
