Location: Northern
The Bristal in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor for a part-time 3pm to 11pm shift in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians, ensuring high quality care and timely medication administration.
You will act as shift supervisor in the director's absence, mentor staff, manage ADLs for residents, and uphold our hospitality-with-a-higher-purpose approach.
