Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Weekdays & Weekends Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
- Ensure residents receive high-quality nursing care
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team
- Assist with maintaining compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
