Job Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly
Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and appropriate interventions

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
