What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population, including benign and malignant cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other APPs, to coordinate patient treatment plans
- Support hematology procedures and management within the hospital setting
- Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and education
- Contribute to the development of the hospital's growing bone marrow transplantation program
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care coordination
What You Need
- MN state license and current board certification in Hematology/Oncology (NP or PA)
- Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology clinical experience, with strong focus on benign/malignant conditions
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Comfortable handling inpatient hematology procedures and supporting the expanding bone marrow program
