What You'll Do

  • Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population, including benign and malignant cases
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other APPs, to coordinate patient treatment plans
  • Support hematology procedures and management within the hospital setting
  • Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and education
  • Contribute to the development of the hospital's growing bone marrow transplantation program
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care coordination

What You Need

  • MN state license and current board certification in Hematology/Oncology (NP or PA)
  • Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology clinical experience, with strong focus on benign/malignant conditions
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Comfortable handling inpatient hematology procedures and supporting the expanding bone marrow program
