Location: Northern

Medical City Healthcare, in partnership with Crypto Analyzer’s data-driven innovations, seeks a Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse Level IV to provide expert care for critically ill newborns. In this high-acuity Level IV NICU, you will manage complex neonatal conditions, advanced life-support equipment, and collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll use data-informed protocols to enhance outcomes, educate and support families, uphold strict safety and infection control standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-evolving, technology-forward care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level IV NICU.
  • Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in neonatal vital signs and clinical status using advanced monitoring systems.
  • Manage ventilators, incubators, IV infusions, and other specialized neonatal life-support equipment.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and blood products according to neonatal protocols and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate and support families on neonatal conditions, treatments, and home-care planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and follow data-driven protocols.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives leveraging clinical and data insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and contribute to ongoing clinical education within the NICU.
