Exciting Opportunity with UPMC Hospitalist Program!

UPMC in Central Pa is seeking a GI Hospitalist to join our team in Harrisburg, PA.

As a member of our team, you will treat patients for a wide variety of GI conditions.

The physician selected for this opportunity will help expand clinical services in central Pennsylvania and contribute to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for our friends and neighbors close to home.

About the Position
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside a strong team of APPs as week on/week off (7on/7off)
  • Diverse Practice: Care for patients with a full range of Gastroenterological conditions with the most advanced diagnostic and treatment options available.
  • Proceduralist: Perform procedures (Upper and Lower Endo, Flex Sig, Variceal Banding, Capsule Endoscopy)
  • ERCP preferred but not required
  • Engagement: see and manage consults
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program and experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
  • Commitment: A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
  • Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively, provide personalized patient care, and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
  • Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
