Sadiant in Cleveland, TN is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ER experience and holds ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, with TNCC certification preferred.
Flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, and holidays is highly valued. In this role you will triage, assess, and prioritize patient care, administer medications, start IVs, monitor vitals, and assist physicians with critical procedures.
