Job Summary:

Provides acute, sub-acute and chronic medical care to patients within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner license. Provides medical care to patients, in collaboration with the physicians. Duties include but not limited to history and physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, venipuncture and injections, minor office procedures, patient counseling and education, and prescribing and adjusting medications and treatments. Will collaborate with the management team when building the lung cancer screening program.

Provide acute, sub-acute and chronic medical care to patients within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner license. Duties include but not limited to history and physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, venipuncture and injections, minor office procedures, patient counseling and education and prescribing and adjusting medications and treatments.

Must have exemplary customer service skills and train and manage staff to possess those skills.

Must have basic knowledge of computers and able to implement an electronic health record, when available.
