Unit Manager​/Nurse Supervisor

Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center seeks a Unit Manager / Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care on an assigned unit. This role oversees clinical practice, staff scheduling, and daily operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. The supervisor coordinates interdisciplinary care plans, mentors and evaluates nursing staff, and promotes regulatory compliance and infection control. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and the care team to support dignity, comfort, and recovery, while fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development in a skilled nursing and rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on the assigned unit
• Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with therapy, social services, and physicians
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control practices
• Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Support a resident-centered, team-based care environment
