Location: Northern
HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Operating Room for a 300+ bed hospital in California.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Oversee the frontline nurses and act as the conduit between the caregivers and leadership teams.
- Communicate the organization’s goals to the nursing staff to constantly seek to improve patient experiences
- Share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient’s needs, the needs of the nursing staff, or the needs of the organization
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree required - Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital, with at least three (3) years in perioperative services. At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role (manager or director level) in a perioperative setting. - License:
California RN license required - Certifications:
AHA BLS required - Computer
Skills:
Information systems experience and Microsoft Office suite
