Sauk Prairie Healthcare in Wisconsin seeks an Advance Practice Nurse Prescriber – Wound Healing to provide wound care across the continuum of care. This per diem APNP will assess wounds, diagnose, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
You will order diagnostics, educate patients, coordinate care, and participate in quality initiatives, with a focus on evidence-based wound care and prevention. Wisconsin APNP licensure required; BLS and DEA as applicable.
