Location: Northern
Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking an OR Manager to lead the Operating Room and Sterile Processing teams. The role oversees patient care delivery, staffing, and operational excellence in a 1.0 FTE position, primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
As a registered nurse with 3+ years in the OR and leadership experience, you will partner with the Director of Surgery to implement policies, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with CMS and accreditation standards.
