Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is a close-knit, small facility committed to delivering exceptional care while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure a high standard of care focused on dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
