Location: Northern
Excelin Home Health in Texas seeks a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This full-time clinical nursing position is based in Pflugerville/Kyle area and reports to the Clinical Manager/Director.
Responsibilities include following the plan of care, documenting accurately, educating patients and families, coordinating with the health team, and supporting home health services.
