Position Summary
Delivers nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician/provider. Uses nursing judgment and assessment within scope of license to assess the patient and family needs as appropriate in a clinic setting. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license Tennessee

• 1 Year Experience
