Responsibilities Include:
  • Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.
  • Provide in-home care to patients.
  • Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.
  • Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient’s overall health.
  • Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.
  • Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education as required.
Qualifications Include:
  • Licensed and registered.
  • CPR certified.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
  • Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit to work physical, and be free of communicable diseases.
