Our nurse transplant coordinators organize all aspects of care, serving as the vital link between patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Our heart, lung, liver, pancreas, and kidney transplant centers provide options for high-risk patients and unparalleled learning opportunities. As you care for high acuity transplant patients, you'll work closely with world-renowned clinicians.

This is a full-time night shift position at New York-Presbyterian /Columbia University Medical Center.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

• At least two year of acute care RN experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification
