We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Practitioner(NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY.

This is a
full-time
opportunity for aprovider with a strong background in
primary care/family medicine
whois passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and pediatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups
• Orderand interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
• National certification as applicable
• Strong experience in primary care or family medicine
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

• Salary range of $140k-$175k annually!
