Description:
The LPN provides nursing care for patients, cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and their patient team members in maintaining standards of care in the clinical setting utilizing the nursing process.
- Responds to emergencies and monitors patient conditions
- Performs timely assessments and documents care accurately
- Follows physician orders and nursing protocols
- Coordinates with care team and maintains patient hygiene
- Prioritizes tasks and ensures patient safety
- Completes documentation and shift reports per standards
