Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Join the Caring Team at All Saints Sub Acute Full-Time | AM Shift | $24.00–$25.00 per Hour Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, compassionate care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall quality of life. The CNA works closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care while protecting resident dignity and privacy.
- Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
