• Assess patient conditions through routine and specialized care techniques and consultations.
• Create, evaluate, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other medical professionals to deliver effective integrated care.
• Administer medications and perform therapeutic and psychiatric interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on management of their mental health conditions.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

• Strong psychiatric and therapeutic intervention skills
• Proficiency in EMR and mental health software applications
• Excellent team collaboration and patient education abilities
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
