Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report residents' health status and any changes to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Support medication reminders and basic health assessments as directed by nursing staff
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required with current CPR CERTIFICATE
- Prior experience in a long‑term care or senior living environment preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
