Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and independence.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident call lights and requests.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding resident care.
Qualifications
  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
