While working within the duties permitted for a CNA Trainee, you will:

• Assist the nursing team with resident care and non‑clinical support

• Help residents with daily activities as permitted

• Provide companionship and support to residents

• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort

• Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff

• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas

• Learn proper infection‑control and resident‑safety practices

• Work alongside experienced CNAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in training and education to prepare for your CNA career

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and resident‑rights requirements

No previous healthcare experience is required!
