, is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs/CNAs) to join our growing nursing team on our 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Essential Functions of the State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

As a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA), you will play a critical role in providing quality resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance

  • Safe resident transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

  • Monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting concerns

  • Maintaining resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence

  • Assisting residents with feeding, hydration, and nutritional support

  • Making beds and maintaining clean, organized resident rooms

  • Transporting residents throughout the facility as needed

  • Recording food and fluid intake accurately

  • Supporting nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Following all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

  • Protecting resident privacy and confidentiality

  • Promoting resident rights and person-centered care

  • Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

Required Qualifications MUST HAVE CURRENT OHIO STNA CERTIFICATION

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Current Ohio State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification

  • Active CNA/STNA license in good standing

  • Previous nursing home, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Dependable attendance and work ethic

  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours

  • Physical stamina to assist residents safely

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

  • Knowledge of resident care practices and healthcare regulations

Important Notice

State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required. Applicants without a current Ohio STNA license will not be considered.
