Location: Northern
Banner Health's Labor and Delivery unit in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Night Shift RN with L&D experience to provide direct patient care across OR, postpartum and triage. The role offers autonomy on a Magnet-designated staff and a structured team environment.
You will join a fast-paced unit with 14 LDR rooms and roughly 500 deliveries per month, performing assessments, care planning and documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal maternal and newborn outcomes.
