PT LPN Weekend

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a part-time Weekend LPN to deliver compassionate nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated patients under physician direction
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations per protocols
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and vital signs monitoring
• Document care, assessments, and medication administration accurately in records
• Assist with intake screenings, sick call, and chronic care clinics
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow established correctional protocols
• Collaborate with custody staff to coordinate safe delivery of healthcare
• Educate patients on health maintenance, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Participate in weekend-only schedule, supporting continuity of facility healthcare
