What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across a mixed acuity Medical Surgical unit
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, therapists, and support staff
  • Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment plans, and discharge needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Uphold Banner Health's standards of safety, quality, and compassionate care
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Medical Surgical or acute care nursing experience
  • ACLS certification
  • Experience in a mixed acuity or progressive care setting

Schedule Details:

  • 2 shifts per week (12-hour night shifts)
  • Rotating days of the week
  • Every 3rd weekend required
  • Rotating holidays
