Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, participate in clinical research trials as requested, teach medical students and resident consequent to clinical activities. Participate in consults at Crouse Hospital in the NICU.
Minimum Qualifications:NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice). Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment (eligibility criteria for NP requires National Certification through AANP or ANCC, and Master's Degree) (eligibility criteria for PA requires graduation from an accredited PA program and National Certification through NCCPA).
Initial certification must be present rent BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
Previous pediatric ambulatory experience and/or previous GI experience preferred
Work Days:Monday - Friday daytime hours
