Registered Nurse

Signature Consulting Services LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical expertise on consulting engagements for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will perform patient assessment, develop care plans, and support care coordination and documentation to improve quality, safety, and outcomes. You will translate clinical requirements into actionable recommendations, support performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment and clinical expertise to support consulting and advisory projects.
• Develop and document care plans, interventions, and progress notes using EHR/EMR systems.
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and stakeholders on care plans, disease management, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards across client engagements.
• Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings to translate clinical requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical processes, tools, and documentation templates.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within project teams and client organizations.
