Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Available

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team

  • Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky

  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • A genuine passion for resident care

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
