West Meade is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Unit Manager
. This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
- Support implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
- Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up.
- Coach, support, and provide direction to nursing partners on the unit.
- Monitor documentation, medication and treatment practices, and compliance with nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families.
- Support staffing, workflow, quality improvement, infection-prevention, and survey readiness activities.
- Promote a culture of compassionate care, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license
- Preferred of 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients'
- Exhibits leadership skills
